Lost Angels Fire Support was started in direct response to the Palisade Fire this year when we recognized that due to the scale of the fires that the local response would not have enough manpower or bandwidth to form a proper or adequate response to the needs of the community. In light of FEMA failures in the past in North Carolina and Katrina , among others, inadequacy is trying to be avoided.
